In order to fuel and ensure the quality of our products, our system relies on:

  • defined and controlled processes: production flow charts, internal quality audits, follow up indicators, corrective and preventative measures, treatment of complaints etc.
  • operational  teams: "trade" managers, true experts in direct contact with our products
  • functional  teams: they intervene in order to support the operational teams; this is the case for the Quality Mission who ?guarantees?  respect and development of the principles of constant conformity and improvement
  • Means of management: comprehensive documents that dictate our general functioning (instructions, manual, computer and information tools, etc.)
